What we do best
We do more than prepare legal documents. We make time to listen to your concerns and learn what matters most to you. We develop comprehensive solutions that meet your individual needs. We are experienced counselors at law with the relevant legal knowledge to provide counseling and services that are in line with your values and priorities.
Establishing and maintaining your estate plan protects you, your assets and your loved ones. Whether you are thinking about designating guardians for your children, tax planning or building your legacy, we are here to discuss your options.
Coping with grief and loss can be overwhelming. If you are named to serve as an executor or trustee, you have added responsibilities. We are here to help you navigate the legal complexities of probate and trust administration.
Be prepared for the challenges and expenses of long term care and incapacity. We provide customized solutions involving special needs trusts, Medicaid planning and asset preservation options.
